Behind the Scenes Before the Bell

Long before your child walks through our doors on the first day, our teachers are already hard at work.

Starting August 24, our teaching team returns to campus to prepare every classroom for the year ahead.

They refresh classroom decorations, restock the reading library with new titles, and prepare the crafts and curriculum for the first several weeks of school.

This is work our teachers choose to do ahead of time on purpose. When your child arrives on their very first day, nothing is left half finished. Our teachers can spend their time on games, hugs, and getting to know each new face instead of setting up a room.

It is one more way we try to make that first walk into the classroom feel calm and ready, for your child and for you.
